- Items are sold "as is" and we strive for the utmost in quality and service.
- we guarantee live shipment on all our animals, but cannot be responsible for items damaged during the shipping process.
- We guarantee that the eggs are placed into the boxes unbroken. For all eggs we guarantee the fertility - but sucess will ultimately depend upon your experience, incubator settings and care and handling. Please see our section on care and handling for more information.
- Shipping is overnight only for live animals, however, if you prefer, eggs can be shipped by second day air.
